Professional Profile

Before arriving in Germany in 2001, I taught both English and Japanese. I also served as a guide for numerous international delegations, and translated various economic and technical documents.

Out of my interest in serving as a language and cultural mediator I began my masters studies in translation science at the Institute of Applied Linguistics and Cultural Studies of Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in Germersheim in 2002. During my studies I had many opportunities to interpret at international exhibitions and conferences, through which I could help people from different cultures understand and communicate with each other. My language and cultural competences increased at the same time.

Since my graduation in 2007 I have been a full-time interpreter and translator. While I meet people from different areas of the world, I keep gaining knowledge in the special fields of economics, politics, technologies and culture.

I would be very glad to support you at your conferences, during your negotiations or factory visits or other activities relating to foreign languages and cultural differences. I also offer translation of your technical brochures.
